If the downloaded pattern does not meet your expectations, simply reply to the download email within 7 days to receive a full refund.
Physical Products
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the original condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@loovabletrade.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to address the issue promptly and ensure satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
To ensure prompt fulfillment, the fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
